@m4raak You are 100% right. At this time I was using a pump sprayer, because it's what I had around and I was broke. But, I have now switched to a proper tub with a large air pump and some air stones to aerate the mix and stir things around.
I use autos and luv um I use coco, perlite mix with inch of clay pebbles at bottom ov pot.keep lids on autos so lights don't affect your water.do u use air stone or mix up ya neuts in the waterbutt coz neuts settle at bottom and can cause neut burn(yellow spots on leaves). Do u top your plants?I'm topping all mine in future, better yeild. I would get rid ov all shocked or stunted plants never take cutting off a stressed mother the baby's never reach full potential. Keep up the good work.....Craig
@craignsukenya no topping in the past, but thinking about it this time. i don't really have another option. I will be working with what i have but will probably be cycling new seedlings soon.
Plants have two root zones. One specialized for water the other for air. Air roots are the top most root zone and water roots are the lower portions. Maybe the air zone needed some air and the water roots werent gettin enough until you bottom fed? I dont know thats my guess
@slyfox3453 yeah, my thought now is that you have to keep things consistent throughout the grow. me switching from top to bottom watering was a bad idea. my solution is better planning, and getting rid of soil
@briwes911 they are really easy to manage. check out my later videos where I switched to the gravity feed. It's pretty easy to manage, so I am planning to buy 10 more to replace my previous soil-less section.
Doesn't you have to do anything except filling the resoivar when it's empty? Doesn't the nutrition sink to the bottom in the resoivar and mix bad?
Looks great.
