Yes better tires would have helped but the H2 weighs 6600 lbs so its not as light as a jeep so knuckle heads can't compare it with one or anything else that might not have gotten stuck. The H1 might not have fared better since its really heavy. That soft mud would sink any F250 or real heavy truck.

I have an H2 so I know what I'm talking about. H2 are far better at hill climbing, high water and any type of deep sand. For mudding you'll need some really big tires for better weight distribution.
