In Bowerstone in the Pub there is some guy u can hire , hire him and attack lady grey first then u fight some guards and he will kill her.

Oh ok! So you have to fight the guards without your weapons? Since its in town and all?

It's possible just stay close to guards so they can't shoot u, and hit the guards the whole time and u need to hire that guy let him kill guards and he may kill lady grey.

p.s. there is a mod loader for fable so u can wear weps in bowerstone, but i did without mod.
