Much of this equipment is pre-loved, the dish, feed and tripod. The PA and transverter is new Kuhne equipment however there are many conversion designs available for pre-loved commercial equipment. Take a look at the GippsTech Proceedings that are published from each GippsTech event , these contain some great material. The 2010 event had a bit of a focus on 10GHz. If you are only looking to operate SSB then you don't need the GPS locking and computer. Hope that helps?
Well done chaps... I have just built a Kuhne 10GHz transverter, 200mW to 65cm offset dish. Next stop will be a better IF radio (currently tired old FT290R) and a more stable (or locked) LO. Any suggestions on the best way to get 106.5MHz from my 10MHz Trimble Thunderbolt?! 73 - Rob VK2GOM

Take a look at the VE1ALQ PLL board to generate the GPSDO stabilised 106.5MHz.
