  • this is a power clean and press.he does not shrug the shouldres at the top that forces the body to drop down into a front squat.nothing wrong with power cleans and jerk.fantastic exercise for tremendous strength and density.

  • MORE EXPLOSION and no reverse curl. The bar should attain its hieght by MOMENTUm of the leg hip drive otherwise know as triple extension, then caught at the bottom in a front squat position- once in a full upright standing position the press is initaited with another explosive movement that also involves the legs more so than the shoulders. Watch how the olympians do it for a better example. Keep up the hard work- nice video

  • dat's easily 40 kg & d olympic bar another 15 kg.dats 55kg & then u do clean and press.dats heavy people. I can bench press 200 (90 kg including o bar) for 4 reps w/o spotter & squat the same.I do military press 40-45 kg. & im a small guy

    Those dat say u should lift more heavyweight 2 force correct technique is NUTS.U do a workout w lightweights 2 perfect technique den u move 2 heavy. LOL

    Those dat say this is way 2 light is either v. strong or BS. I clean& press 25 kg to complete 15 reps LOL

  • @perpetualdystopia No, it's an intense exercise. Avoid working out shoulders on days you do this. I'm looking at it from a bodybuilding standpoint. Clean and press needs a lot of focus and attention to form like deadlift and squats.

  • this is nonsense, there is no clean part to this lift, the "clean" part is more of a wrist curl. You shouldn't post incorrect form instructional videos, I would have thought YouTube's lawyers would be more savvy than to allow this to be posted with no warning that says THIS IS CRAP SO DO NOT DO IT.
