i filed Bankruptcy in May in NYC and got a discharge in August ... i had to go to the hospital for Emergency i had chest pains in Arizona when i moved here ... i don't have health care and now they are saying i cant put that into the Bankruptcy since the discharge was in August ...Collection Agancy calls and tells me to pay i hang up. i hardly make enough to pay rent food etc .... So when can they freeze my bank account the bill is under $5000 ?
