Lol when the guy said go for the arm bar from knee on belly lol, the top guy didn't know the arm bar and did some weird made up arm lock... Can you do a tutorial on his armlock from knee on belly I have never seen that one lol
@geobros he didnt make up a move and u just said that u dont know how u go for tha armbar from this position so how did u know that he made that up
anyways it is a white belt move u spin to the other side trapping the arm that was pushing on your knee
u will have one knee on his head the other just next to his body (not over it)
and u normally u will have it with an angle like 45 degrees towards your opponents head it is a beautiful move but u wont get an experienced player with it
@theflyingpharaohmido I was being sarcastic... I know the spinning arm bar... the guy with the knee on stomach does not... his teacher told him to go for it ... and he botched it itmade the video funny, I have over 5 years of BJJ... do you train?
what do you do if in a street fight, a guy has one knee on your chest, the other knee close by and on the ground, and he's controlling your wrists with his hands?
@omarqad , if that were to happen in a street fight..., and both of his hands are on your wrists... yes you cant move your arms, but neither can he... as long as hes holding your wrists, so wait until he releases his hands then make a move, and in the meantime bring your knee up as shownin the video
@llli1illllll in the extremely unlikely event that your attacker on the street would know the knee on belly position. The blue belt here can't even do it..

Some nice details I've never seen before. The counter looks simple and quick for those of use a little to slow use more complex ones.
