  • Well, it's not native level English, but it's very clear and easy to understand and this is most important. I must say I enjoyed this video and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. This has been helpful to me in learning to prepare Thai fried rice. Thank you, and I wish you well with your class. You seem to be making very good progress.

  • the local chinese restaurant here don't even add eggs, those cheap bastards, some do , some don't. I like it with eggs, a dozen medium eggs here is 70cents at the grocery store, large is $1.50 for a dozen, now how cheap can you be?

    another wonderful video from isanlife.

    I've tried to make fried rice a few times and it has never turned out like what I eat in Thailand. Now I have to try one more time. I hope your video will help me get it right as I really enjoy good chicken fried rice.
