Actually, no, you don't need a degree to make beer. And you don't need a degree to start a brewery. I volunteered with 4 brewmasters once, and none of them had anything more than personal experience. The degree from UC Davis might help, but you don't *need* it.

I agree. It is informational. i have done that tour and she was better than the guy who presented it. I would like to meet the Freddy and Kevin. I want to start a brewery. I am from Colorado too. Colorado is a beer mecca. Rumor has it that Sweetwater is going to expand and hopefully sell in florida! Check out the New Glarus Brewery in Wisconsin. Spotted Cow is a great beer! New Belgium is good too. I think they were better years ago. Fat Tire has lost it's punch. It is also not quite as sweet a
