This is meant for outdoor vacation areas, Im curious is this designed with being bear proof in mind? My uncle's cabin in Alaska is always being broken in after a six month leave of absence we suspect its bears.

I notice you can put 2 more bedrooms in if you closed off the the open space above the kichen and dinning room area or just make one big Master bed room up there if you want and use the one down stairs for a extra guest bedroom you just want have the open balcony.

Yes it is insulated. We use fiberglass in the Floor, walls, and ceiling.
