We do say "hole in the wall" for a little town.
Bathroom: Can, John, Crapper, Gents
Guns can mean arms ----- big arms.
money: bread, cash, bucks, moolah (spelling ?), some green, (As in "You have some green on ya ?")
booze= grog or alchy or alcohol call = yees cheesy = sometimes chicken = yees annd we use bomb as in like the movie was the bomb ahah. jumper = sweater hot choco = hot chocolate tucker = dinner/food crook = dead but we never use it hope that kind of helps in how we talk.

A bomb? Weird.
Bread? Equally as strange.

Umm kay so in Canada (were I am in Canada anyways) we say tank. Like he's a tank, so if someone is like, really buff or strong looking they are a tank, or if you do something to make you look strong you're a tank.
I don't know if this helps, but i'm Australia and my freinds spend a lot of time refering to certain places by calling a hole, like 'this town is such a hole' or 'that town is such a hole'.

We do use 'awesome' and instead of 'barf' we use 'spew' or 'vomit'. We use the word 'booze' at times but like you said we also call it 'grog'. You're right, jumper means sweater, hot choccy is hot chocolate but tucker is like food...like bush tucker (stuff in the outback that you can find or make, like 'damper' which is a sort of bread). and have you ever heard of bogans?

idk where you were getting those words, hahah. they're all really old slang. it seems like it changes every year though.
i live on the east coast, and we always say 'wicked' in place of 'really'.
like "that movie was wicked good, i loved it"
i thought everyone said it, until i moved to texas and everyone was confused. 'sketchy' is another one. means suspicious or weird.
and did you learn that 'australian phrase' from the olsen twin movie when they were in australia? hahah
heykatiehey 2 years ago
I'm an american and I use most of those, but some of them are old (like croak) :p
More american slang:
beasting - overdoing something or doing it insanely well XD
sketchy - suspicious/questionable
brick - cold
tight - awesome
whack - lame/boring
At least we use these a lot in New York. Or are these international? :D

okay so:
-instead of barf we might say 'threw up'
-we do call people 'guns', but usually only like really strong people like football players or something, so we'd be like "woah he's a gun!"
-we dont really say boo-boo lol
-we say booze too, grog sometimes but not so much
-instead of bread for money, its usually 'bucks' like 'it costs 3 bucks'
-instead of redneck, we say bogan, if you wanna see what a bogan is, youtube search 'trent from punchy' haha
love an australian
