The Pihilippines ranks 12th in the 2010 population survey.

  • nice!!!!!

  • wow

  • wow

  • VILLAR can make these kind of facilities accessible to all filipinos. Just wait!

  • if the government can make things like this, it is possible that we can host the 0lympics in near time. it is our change to showcase our culture to the world and attract investors to our country.the next president should work his ass on this matter

  • ganda na ng global city...sana maging capital of the philippines na to.....

  • kuala lumpur(KL) is the best city in Asia...better than Dubai.....

  • @alplayboy93 O_O really?

  • probably after teh navy imma go back sa pinas and live there..pero sa manila ako cause tang ina ang daming chicks na magaganda

what i mean kahit san ka magpuntang part, enjoy kasi mabili puntahan.

  • maganda!

  • i wish magiging ganto na kagandang lugar lahat ang buong pilipinas..nakaktuwa..bago man lng ako pumanaw sa mundo magiging maaus na ang bansang filipina..

  • mga pinoy ba naktira jn???

  • You'll be shocked to learn yes. There are foreigners as well but there are a lot of Filipinos as well mostly OFWs who invest in these properties. :)

  • ooo0ooh i couldnt imagine there was such a cool buildments in philipiines

    wooooow

    its cool!

  • Manila skyline is adjudged as one of the best in the world. At the last count, Metro Manila is number 13 I think for cities around the world with the best skylines. :)

  • I just wish the entire Philippines was like this :) No poverty, pollution, and President Gloria.

  • PPT was made with good materials maybe 10 million HKD or more. Manny builds good buildings

  • BGC is 10 mins away lang sa NAIA 3 and other Airports

  • Ayala ang may ari ng Bonifacio Global City, pro Project ito ni Taguig Mayor Freddie Tinga. Nagtutulungan sila para mapaunlad ang Taguig. proud to be Taguigueño.

  • BGC is nice but when you go to the Taguig City proper, it's a whole lot different story, the streets are narrow and the houses are all bunched up together.

  • Truly is a country of contrast. Money is only in the hands of few and most struggle to live.

  • I agree with you. That is so true and unfortunate. The people there some of the most kind and unselfish, that I have ever met. Even though many are struggling, they would give you the food off their plate, so a stranger can eat. God bless them!

  • i agree

Just type here in YOUTUBE, "real philippines poor homes"

  • I dont consider na maging kumukha ang Pilipinas sa Japan or Singapore. Atleast Singapore ay maliit na country, but well-developed ang kanilang country through honest na Capitalism. If I would consider Japan, well ayaw ko rin. Much of there income went to the government!

  • Go philippines!!!

Eng: They should put the airport here so the tourists can see these modern infrastructures.

  • Walang espacio para sa paliparan.

  • dickheads.. airports are not intended to build together with humongous building/skycrapers u know y? coz itll interrupt the communication bitwin d airplane n d airport itself it will serve as a barrier and will create confusion plus airplane will have a hard time to take off and land coz of those barriers come to think of that.. dumbasses

  • i agree again

  • mind if i ask whats the title of the background music?thanks....God Bless Philippines!!!

  • I discovered last week that the whole Bonifacio City is a private owned city. WTF? Who owned the Bonifacio? The Ayala? Cojuanco? The owner must have been super rich

  • cool video, great job, please watch my videos some of them are about philippines

  • wanna see the your country's future?

    ..

..please watch my videos here in my channel about "into the future philippines"

    thanks

  • Oh!nice place to move in,

  • To think that the Marcos administration planned the C1 - C6 now in the Fort. I just hoped they provide enough open space unlike the Makati Com distr. or it could have stayed as a big park. It was so nice when it was just a military fort. So quiet and cool. I hope nobody got money on the conversion of some military bases.

  • sa parking lot ng the fort strip nagwowork dad ko...sa cobis car spa manager sa dun hahahaha ang ganda na nga ng BGC nung unang itayo dyan ung car spa medyo unti plang building den ung last na punta ku dun about march 30 ang ganda dumami building...and that's good because BGC development is quick...galing! at ang linis pa diyan...hmm...

  • taguig versus makati. hmmmmm

  • E2 ang karibal ng makati ..mabilis ang pag lago nito maganda ang pag papalakad ng mga may katungkilan...next Bussiness capital of the Philippines i hope more development not only there but in whole country.

  • Really nice to see this build ups.Makati is already crowded....used to be Escolta,Makati,Alabang, now Thr Fort,McKinley is also coming soon...Check it out ! There's no place like Philippines...

    Nides & Lu

  • May pag asa pa,mabuhay tayong mga Filipino and corrupt government officials be damn !

  • secondary road dapat ginawa 2 lane both side while Main road dapat ginawang 3 or4 lane both side like ayala makati main road. dapat yung main road may island. I think sana nilakihan nila ng wide ang side walk tulad ng ayala 5 to 10 meters from roads.. kung mapupunta ka dyan heavy traffic na kahit wala pa masyado building what if kung halos lahat may building na....

  • before i work here in Australia dyan ako sa Global city nag work for 2 months. Global Cities is really good but may mga comment lang ako about sa roads, side walks at sa katabi nitong lugar.

  • before i went here in australia my previous office work is located in Market Market. From Makati then move our Office in that location. Yeah Global Cities is good but the problem is the traffic. sa tingin ko di maayos ng fesibility studies nila about sa volume ng vehicle na papasok dun sa Global city. check it out.

  • wats d name of dis song?

  • good news guys... Philippines is now in A newly Industrialized Countries in Asia...Wkikipedia search///..

  • paraisoi, wikipedia is not a reference because everyone write anything on this site. Anyway, in 2030 (about), Philippines will be strong like South Korea. I worked to Makati before. And Philippines will raise more fast if phil people stop making babies again and again...

  • so,where's BGC located?lol

  • BGC is located to Pasig City (metro manila).

  • HAHAHA crazy!!! dont know if ur kidding or what.... global city is in taguig...ortigas is in pasig-mandaluyong, filicity is in alabang.....cool vid,,,,

  • Galing!!!!!!!!!!!

  • galing! how i love phil..I miss my town BGC! My condo was there na, Bellagio II...Update of video pls...second round! Thank you!

  • I love all these videos as I can send them to the international community including Australia, Germany, UK and US to show that the Philippines no longer needs any foreign aid. Congratulations as I know that this is how the middle class lives in the Philippines and I know that the U.S. is looking to cut spending however possible. Good luck on the Olympics 2024! Cheers!

  • This is a brilliant video, like all of the other videos that show how the regular middle class in the Philippines now lives. While U.S. citizens are fooled by believing there is a rice shortage that is just Philippine propaganda. It is time for the U.S. U.K. Germany and Australia to stop sending any type of financial aid as the media does not respect Americans, and it seems that as ABS-CBN states that Philippine banks are in excellent shape.

  • aweosme next time i go to metro manila itll be caught up

  • I just hope you guys don't destroy the landmarks of the old fort.

  • GOOD WORK GUYS!! Don't worry in terms of development hindi tayo nahuhuli. Let's just help philippines in anyway we can. Looks beautiful. I'll make a presentation of this and send it to Filipino executives as a support for Philippine Sky line projects same time potential customers nyo. Keep on building! MABUHAY KAYONG LAHAT!!

  • "There is no such thing as impossible even the impossible"

Lets see if the baththub theory will work

  • nice

  • I studied in global city

sarap mag-aral dun marami tambayan =]

    i missed my school x0x0♥

  • nakakaentice panoorin.

maganda naman ang pilipinas eh. kung kakayanin natin, kaya natin. these slow but gradual developments are really helpful to redesign our cities. with these projects along with pagcor city, we are slowly making a move to make the philippines globally competitive. let's all be open to change, be hopeful and not be discouraged.

  • FVR is the brainchild of the Fort Global City.

During the Quirino Government, there was a Multi-awarded Filipino Engineer who designed the huge streets in Quezon City like the East ave, West Ave etc..

  • ganda sa the fort'

  • walang asenso ang pilipinas kung magiintay lng tayo s bahay ng palit ng gobyerno, wag n tayo umasa s gobyerno sarili n lng ntin asahan ntin, paunlarin ntin sarili ntin

  • Tama ka kapatid. We need to restore and conserve our heritage. Imagine how much tourist we can draw kung mapaganda natin ang Maynila ulit. Like Ivan Hinares said "... Would you go to China to visit an SM mall for example? I'd go there to visit the Forbidden City or the Great Wall of China!.."

  • It's a place to start. Guess which part of the Philippines is most known by the world? Yeah you guessed right, the capital. In your words parang divided na divided ang ating bayan naman.. =(

  • Jopringjopring, your tunnel vision is giving you a lot of problems. How long did you stay in the Philippines before you decided to bail out? The main reason why the country is in its sorry state right now is because it is very much divided like you said. Even here in America the Filipinos are always having conflicts with each other because of this problem.

I'm assuming your from Manila that's why you're excited about this video. Do you own a unit in one of those buildings? Must be rich...

  • kaya nman mg-bgo ng pinas eh!..

    ayaw lng ata gwin!..

    kaya nten yan!!!

    asian games, olympic games?!!..

  • These high rise building does not benefit most Filipinos, its just another way for foreigners to capitalize and share profit with our corrupt government. If we want to be modern lets get rid of the slums in Manila, build a recycling plant and put people to work, build public park for everyone, build modern housing project for the poor, road, improve our education, specially protect our rainforest, coral reef, and preserve our culture, cuz this is what foreigners come to see. not buildings.

  • LaOpinyon - You can make your own video about things you want to talk about. Later Dude.

  • Has it actually been built yet cos I'm a bit confused

  • You're partially right. But giving Manila and the rest of the cities in the Philippines a modern look attracts tourism. And when there's tourism, there's income for the Philippines. Having modern buildings also changes the way people think of a city especially now that Filipinos lack the love for country. So building modern buildings is alright.

  • i agree with you 99%.

the 1% is because i love my country.

    lol.

    :D

  • Wow, Eton City, Bay City(Pagcor City), and Global Bonifacio. So cool man.

  • hell yeah! keep on rising philippines! show the world what you are made of! I'm Filipino American, kamusta ka na kaibigan?? (did that make sense? im learning tagalog =) mabuhay Pilipinas!

  • your soo negative..i love the philippines!go for 2024!

  • Mabuhay!!! This will prove that the Philippines can host the 2024 Olympics.

  • Puro drawings. Wala bang tunay na pictures???

  • totoo yan tongak.. nakapunta nako dyan.

  • asenso Pilipinas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • ayyyy ang ganda!!! beautiful talaga!~ im glad PI is shaping up and doing its best to be a beautiful country i cant waite to see the improvements!~! FIGHTING!~~ GO PHILIPPINES!

  • the philippines is a great country with great people.alam ko kasi pilipino ako. but somepeople in the philippines are jackasses im not saying all, eg: yung ma nga mmda madami don manga gago

  • They are built to earthquake standards. If they weren't, I wouldn't have bought a condo there. China, however, did not even have rebars in their buildings. You can't compare apples with oranges.

  • the guy is right about earthquakes...im sure the buildings have been built to withstand earthquakes, but there is no guarantee they wont collapse.

whether you build them tall or short, they would collapse anyway though. Plus, the buildings in china were in an undeveloped region. Global city's buildings im sure are of better quality.

Just hope that these buildings can withstand any tremors.

  • the philippines is truly beautiful.

  • it's true and it's well planned .i've been there last 2006.buildings construction continues and more projects go on.

  • GO PHILIPPINES!!!

  • WOW!! Pi is improving so well! I love this country and i would surely want to build my own house here someday :)!!!

  • Philippines is not a 3rd world country anymore, when will they going to change the status of the Philippines?asap plllsssssss

  • Thats wanna be my retirement haven!!

  • if you are for money dont include all the people around you :). the developers and corporations do not care? will they not be liable if things on this buildings went wrong? will they dont lose lots of money if these buildings collapse? wow. common sense my friend

  • wreckso what you are saying is not positive but discouragement.i think its better if you make your mind broader. you expect philippines to make our buildings too low? even non-earthquake zone can have an earthquake right?? the house you are living now can collapse even wherever you are.even on the safest place on earth if its Gods will. understand what i mean to say???

  • Me warning people of earthquake danger is not positive? Trying to save lives is not positive? What planet are you from? Babyface give ur head a shake, or is there not much in there to shake. The developers and big corporations do not care about your safety. They will cut corners around building codes and use lower grade steel and cement mixture just to make more money. And that my friend is the bottom line. Money.

  • @wreckso just want to say condos in the philippines are not low cost housing. just look at the construction sites. you will see all the reinforcement a high rise condo needs. Filipinos, believe it or not spends, 5M to 12M pesos on a 50sqm unit. so the developers dont need to build unstable buildings to earn big

  • I know 2 couples, both filipino, now living in SF Bay area, one is Gay couple and one is straight couple, who are buying a retirement condo at the Ikon in Bonifacio City to spend half the year in the Phillipines and half in the USA. Must be desireable location in the PI.

  • wow i wanna live here someday=)

  • keep progreesing mother land philippines.

  • Great, keep building high rises on an earthquake zone. You would have to pay me a lot of money to live in one of your high rise condos. just my opinion.

  • Taiwan is also in the earthquake zone and yet they managed to build Taipei 101 - 2nd Tallest building in the world. Although, I prefer house than condo myself but if you have a job in the city having a condo close to work is a real plus.

  • fuck you..if you don't have anything positive to say juzt shut ur fucking mouth?

  • I am saying something positive and that is to enlighten people to the fact that they are living in an earthquake zone. Its positive in a way that I could be possibly saving lives by educating people about the danger. It is not a question of if but when. Just look at the situation in china. You should lighten up and say intelligent words or you just come across as an unintelligent buffoon.

  • great video. whats the title of the song?

  • bakit nga pala tinawag yang global city eh di na nga sya bilog na tulad dati hehehehe

  • lol...

  • wheres all the building?..they made the plan 10 yrs ago...till theres no buildings...but i hope there will be lots...im hopeful...

  • Great Job!

  • tnx
