  • just fucking genious!

  • this guy is spot on, i always say that its a parents responsibilty for their kids being fat. I was really fat as a kid and only lost my weight in my early twenties. It was my parents faults for me being fat very young, whenever i tell them that they never take any accept it. The thing that pissed me off was that i had to bust my gut and have a lot of sacrifices to lose that weight

  • It really upsets me to be in wal mart or a restaurant and the entire family: mom dad, grandpa and the twins are all twenty to thirty pounds overweight. I was at outback steakhouse about a month ago for my moms birthday (very rare, our family eats out maybe three times a year) and the family I speak of in line #1 ^ were right next to us and I noticed what they ordered, the fried onion flour thing, sodas, shrimp poppers and asked for another bread basket atleast 4x. Parents! please help your kids!

  • Parents and schools are so worried about drugs and alcohol killing their children and their brain cells that in reality they are feeding they children toxic food. Food that is killing their brain cells, giving them diseases and not providing the right nutrition.

  • That's crazy, but I still kind of think that its a genetic thing!

  • Great video Sean. I'm new to learning your ways of nutrition. I like all your videos. America is going the wrong way with nutrition and their just worried about keeping their wallets filled. Keeping the wallets filled on the cost of the populations life and wellness.

  • excellent :)

  • Is quaker oats oatmeal a good thing to be eating? What do you think, dude. Not the flavored ones i eat the plain ones.

  • @nepdyse with tap water. i don't add sugar, milk or nothing to it.

  • @nepdyse I used to eat oats with milk. I don't think is bad for you, in the context of our modern diet is very healthy. But if you want to go the extra mile, I would cut out grains altogether. I feel much better since I stopped eating grains.

  • why hasnt this been on cnn? its awesome beyond reason. and its the truth.

  • @Bluerocka145 Because cnn is full of shit u dont really need

  • Tell it Sean! Thanks for all you teach us!

  • everything your saying is sooooo freakin true...i agree 100% fat parents=fat kids

  • Id subscribe but im on my ipod ill try remember later

  • Amen...

  • Right on Money!

I "know" this REAL ESTATE AGENT "career woman" who buys $600 outfits & $1000 purses on a WEEKLY basis. AND She feeds her kid frozen foods and then lets him freeload at our place.

Both her kids have eating disorders. Only eat carbs ala pastries and sugary drinks. They do the cardio but never weight train. They balloon up when they don't go to the gym. And they have these wierd mood swings and look all sleepy most of the time.

Also, they all "know" its bad but dont do anything!

  • i agree

  • I quote my mother (1978).

"I will not have any fat pigs in this family"

Four kids - not one over weight

  • Cancer, heart disease haven't been around long???

  • actually, at the incidence levels we experience today, with age factored out, no. Indigenous consistantly have better craniofascial development , had better oral and systemic health and were always found to be in good spirit. Todays epidemics of degenerative disease throughout all ages is diet, stress and pollution related.

  • @Kobulingam

    yes do your research

  • My rule of thumb, if I can't read it kids don't eat it.

All 5 of our kids are healthy and decent weights. Fat people blame it on genetics.... Bologna.... ha, literally.

  • Thanks for telling us. Some people really don't know and understand the ramifications of eating badly.

  • Totally agreed. I am a mother of a 2 1/2 year old girl and never ever would i allow her to have softdrink or chocolate bars. What it is, is laziness. Parents prefer to give their kids something and sitting them in front of the tv instead of parenting.

  • what do you have above the refrigerator? alcohol? the one thing looks like a kettlebell. :)

    anyway good job

  • This dude is exactly right. Let's see how far America can go until the majority of the fat people start having serious problems. What is it, 60% of the population is overweight?

  • I like the 0 grams trans fat on the top right of the bag...that must mean it is good for you, right? haha I love it

  • Can't stand the genetics excuse. Keep preaching you'll hit home with someone.
