Am I being too close minded? or do Asian people lack National Love? it's kind of weird seeing Koreans/Japs supporting teams that are all the opposite of theirs...Even though their own countries are already in the tournament, and it's always European countries they support, never seen an Asian supporting either An African football team or a South American (to me the best football teams are there)

no matter which country the world cup is held, locals of that country will always be in the crowd cheering any team on

I will remember that goal for as long as I live- "BOUBA DIOP IS THERE, OH AND BOUBA DIOP IS THERE!!" Not because I support Senegal particulary, but because I remember I was 12 years old and sat in the gym at school with a load of friends watching the match, and we ALL expected France to win the match, and when Senegal scored (most of us liked the underdog) the whole gym erupted into mass hysteria. Wonderful memories of the 02 World Cup =)
