Hi, very nice video, i hope u r still having fun with ur B-2, looks great. Im thinking about buying one myself and if its not to much to ask i wanted to know a few things about this bird. Like the CoG, were is it and were the in the manual right? R u using the stock EDF´s or did u put in new once? Because i dont have nice runway like u, im thinking about removing the Gear and the extra Servos so i can handlunch it, perhaps with a grip on the bottom, do u think that can be done...thx
@Sweden217 Thank you :) I would have to say it would be challenging for only having some high wing experience. Maybe 4 or 5. I would try an easier edf to start with, like the meteor or habu and definitely get some planes with low wings more aerobatic. Once you get that down confidently then move onto maybe a duel edf. To me its a big investment to gamble with. Hope that helps.
@rockonmyfriend no spars in the wings they are pretty strong without them as the wings are thick. I really don't think they are needed. Flies great just the way it is!
@radhekaos thanks for viewing and this is definitely not a good first plane and it is not hard to control if you have plenty of experience flying wings and delta style airplanes. A good beginner airplane would be a Hawksky, Easystar, Radian or some type of high wing aircraft. Hope this helps!
@NZDWKCHAN Hey thanks for the comments, and I am not sure but I would imagine if you leave them in the open position they will still add stability. I imagine it would still fly since I barely use them in flight.
@NZDWKCHAN Do you use rudder to correct the wing dip during takeoffs? Usually it either dip to right or, left. Just using ailerons do not seems to be enough when the speed is slow during takeoff. By the way, you are a GREAT RC Pilot. One of the very best.
@NZDWKCHAN Hey thanks again for your kind words I really appreciate that, I don't think I made a conscious effort to use the rudder on takeoff, I use the steering on the ground to keep it straight and build alot of speed before pulling back on the sticks. I know this rudder is extremely sensitive and too much rudder at all on take off would probably make it spin out on slow speed. Thanks again. Please let me know if you have any more questions or you could personal message me :)
@shoney1102 No the wings do not detach for transport all glued together, sorry I thought I responded to this question previously. This new tube format not too good!
very very smooth bud. Are you fighting the plane at all to keep it straight? I am thinking about getting one of these but I am not fully sold on it only because of the cost and I don't really want to get it and find out its a dog to fly if you know what I mean. :) definitely no gyro needed tho as you said? thanks for your time
@ripghost No I am not fighting the plane at all. It really just flies like a wing or normal aircraft, I was very surprised at how well it flies. The only thing really touchy is if you give it too much rudder control, it will spin out with too much rudder. No gyro's needed, and the only other tricky part is landing. You must land with some speed. Good luck
I just bought the same plane. What did you set for exponential on all surfaces? Tried to get an answer from Banana Hobby but 3 phone calls and emails asking and no response from them.
@ragingbullsht , I did not use any expo on all surfaces as I usually do not use expo on my planes. I like to have full control of the control surfaces and I use a very light touch. If I did use it, I would think it would be between 30 and 50%. This is my opinion of how the airplane responds. That is for ailerons and elevators and I would leave the drag rudders alone. Hope this helps and thanks for watching ;) And yes Banana needs some improvement on customer service!!!
AWESOME work on making this video!! Myself and many others on RC Groups will apreciate this!! A few questions though. Did you use rudders at all in flight, if so, how did it react? Are you using any gyros?
Yes I used the rudders, very little though it flies allot like a delta wing but the rudders are effective in the turns, not much needed though, too much will make it kinda squirrely. No gyro's needed and I am not using any. Thanks for watching.
looks like ya had a merry christmas love that plane she looks like she doesnt have enough sky she was movin so fast lol and man good landing that is a low rider !!!!! looking forwaqrd to seeing more of it in the future.
hey one more thing.... do you think you could post a vid on how your control surfaces work. I would greatly appreciate it. just so i can be safe for my first edf flight wanna make sure everything good.
just got mine today.... its a sweet looking plane, but everything was all labeled wrong and ass backwards.... but worst of all the elevators are moving in opposite directions, but ailerons are fine...... just wondering if you had the same problem
Yes definitely they had the bomb door and landing gear mislabeled and I think the others were all correct, I just had to figure out it was configured like a delta plane. Try and get some vids of your flights! Love to see em. Thanks for subbin!
beside your RCPowers flyin hummer, this is your coolest plane. i've loved the B2 spirit alll my life, never saw a detailed model like that in my hobbystores anywhere, where did u get it? or is it homemade?

This was really nice!, great job! how hard is this thing to fly from a scale 1-10 if you have flown some rc high wing planes before?

Great Flying. I have one of this. Can it still fly well if I disable and tape the drag rudder?
