My grandfather was stationed aboard the USS Oklahoma as a marine. He was transferred off 3 months before the attack. It is weird because i feel this weird connection with the ship and her crew when i watch this video.
A truly moving tribute to the men of the Oklahoma and your father and grandfather. I visited Punchbowl for the second time in two weeks while studying with a group of teachers at Pearl Harbor. We visited the Oklahoma memorial. The men and women of the WW 2 era are truly the greatest generation.
Nice video. My grandfather was the Engineering Officer of the Oklahoma on Dec. 7, 1941.
Please visit the BB-37 page I built on Facebook. This video inspired me to do something on Facebook.

This was a touching video. But don't we also owe it to these men to find their families.
Must be something we could do.....?

My cousin, Robert Hunter, was killed on the Oklahoma. He is one of the few who was identified. God bless all of our soldiers, sailors and marines.
