@lostsplendour Hi there, thanks for the information.i think that its important to relize the history of important pieces of jewellery. Keep up the good work!
i just bought a lovely book "jewels of the romanovs" by stefano papi, a lot of the pieces in this are now familiar. i have also read "the queens jewels" by leslie field. i'm sure you know both, loved both videos!
@Missminerals have you seen the carl faberge diamond necklace on ebay? i've put a bid down a bid but someone keeps beating me lol got a feeling its going to go pretty high.
I dont even think the guy understands that sothebys sales are way into the £30,000 mark just for a small pendant lol
@jimbob202019 i think i know 50% of the eggs by sight, especially love the ones made for M. F. I currently spend all my monies on genuine gemstone faceted bead strands for. some necklaces. i've made 13 so far.some of these like aquamarine or tourmaline are pricey but i like the fancy cuts. gold is so high you know!good luck on your bid!
I´d like to meet you some day ! You have a sense of the beauty, so do I. This video is absolutely awesome. What are your favourites in the historical documents you like ?
@FinnMove My favourites what ? That's a difficult question because I love history. For historical characters, I love Queen Astrid in particular in the movie footage so natural and sweet, the hessian family, Felix Yusupov, the Romanovs. Do I answer well ?
@johneunson Some of them can be seen at the Kremlin, others are in private collections and others in other royal collections (Kent, British Crown, Serbia, etc). Second solution: you can see theem in some books. there are one in preorder of Stefano Papi ( it sounds fantastic), the classic Munn book.
The emerald necklace @ 0:55 im sure is the one that was owned by Elizabeth Taylor.

@nightmale1 Yes, she also owned this necklace but the original owner was the Grand Duchess Maria Pavlovna of Russia.

isn't the tiara at 1:02 something that princess Diana wore? I could have sworn I have seen that on her before.

@Hochichin No. The original owner of this tiara was the Grand Duchess Maria Pavlovna and now this tiara is the propriety of the british royal family.
