I would also like to say that used my cell phone for 8 years and in June of this year suffered a siezure whereby an MRI at the hospital revealed a golfball size tumor just above my right ear the very place I held my phone. I had wifi, and I got rid of it about two months ago. I'm glad I did. You can connect to the net via a hardwire, and you don't have to worry about loss of signal etc.. Nobody needs to be connected all of the time. We lived without cell phones and wifi for years, it's possible. Don't take the chance.

I have an ipod touch, and it has a wifi feature. It also has an option to turn wifi off.  Am I safe? I'm really worried about it, much like my diet, I have not drinken a soda, or eaten any candy in over 3 years, and nearly all the food I eat is organic. I live next to a school that has wifi and useing a 48 inch home made dish pointed at the school I get a full signal at 380 feet from my dish to the wall of the school. It not even encrypted! Im hacking everyday, Im war driving everyday, but at the school they shut down the wifi at 4 pm everyday and is off on weekends!!!
