  • I wonder if juggling while swimming, biking, and running is enough of a curveball? What do you think? ;)

  • i'm thinking about doing a sprint triathlon in about 18 weeks time. i play badminton/tennis casually about twice a week, after which i'm rarely tired or stiff. sure i might get a bit out of breath from time to time in a session, but i don't get dem at all. i would love to keep that up during the training, is that feasible at all?

  • @musefan1011985 whoops, i mean doms, not dem. i don't get doms after badminton/tennis

  • Great info and ideas! Thanks!

  • ok so now i know why my mom was always nagging me bout the carb intake issue... now i've started on and progresses to a purer, no fats no fried foods no sugar coated foods less fructose, "diet"... but it's not a diet it should technically be called a lifestyle change. am i right? haha.. thanks your positivity really makes learning these tips more inspiring!

  • Thanks for the enthusiasm!

  • I'm training for an IM this summer and the amount of food I consume is absurd. I ran today about 12mi and swam (some speed workouts) ate 3 plates of food and felt 75% full. Carbs gotta be a part of your diet for athletes it should be between 60-70% of your total daily died. Also Complex are obviously better than simple because of the slower digestibility.

  • yeah, dude nice job! I like your attitude!!!!

  • wow dude.. those are nice tips.
