As mentioned before, these videos weren't originally created for youtube; they were on a DVD displayed at much higher quality. If you purchase the products from Martelli, you get a DVD with newer, different videos filmed at high quality.
I know - ! These videos were filmed to put on a DVD that is handed out with the tools that I demo. The quality on the DVD is much better because size isn't an issue...
