@Jackitkong You don't play enough hard games I take it. For one part, you don't want to lose your focus and your concentration, also due to a lot of it requiring memorization, you don't want to lose that short term memory either which is crucial for winning.

You might get yourself calmed down, but on the other hand you'll also be sacrificing a bit of your reflexes from memory and a few other advantages that really requires you to push against the difficulty.
