But that neighborhood is horrible all the construction are the same design one close to the other they have not privacy among them you can see everything is happening or what is doing your neighbors.I never had thought to buy a house like that new even.I would like to know who was the design of that proyect neighborhood.

That means that a house that you bought for $1 now has a property tax that is 5, 6, or 7 times a high as it would have been with the old population of 2mill. NOT a good deal.
