First off i love how the quake guy made the strogg clan symbol second quake two is the prequel to quake four so bitterman (i just call him Kane) kills makaron in quake two as the final boss so the makaron is then resurrected and sent back to war.

What I found very funny and interesting is how the technology changed from the first invasion in quake 2 to the second invasion in quake 4....like it passed 50 years at least hehehe, just check the weapons and vehicles, plus the enemies....But I love both games!! Actually, I think I am gonna install Quake 2 again...hehehe!

Mathew Cane is NOT Biterman. As you can see here, the Bitterman escape pod crashed back to Stroggos. Besides that, when Voss talks about the "lone marine" that is Biterman, Mathew Cane is there.

About the machinery implemented into Bitterman: Quake 3 is a non-canonical game, so that didnt happened really.

The Bitterman's fate is unknown yet. Hope he appears in Quake 5.

wow I love quake 2!!! isn't it great how quake 2 finishes where quake 4 starts? also Matthew Cane IS "Bitterman". There are many clues to that inside the game (e.g. CGC002's comment and jeremtBtyler's comment)

You might want to give some other clues, because their two comments don't prove any link between Bitterman and Cane. Cane is around when others talk about Bitterman, so it would bring up the question why no one would remember what Bitterman looked like. Also, it was Patriot that was the cyborg/Strogg kind of guy in Quake 3.

As for Q3, I'm talking about the look of the character. You can see the machinery implanted into Patriot. Bitterman just looks green in Q3.
