I don't think RichRod threw the Pitt game intentionally, but his mind was definately elsewhere. He had already made his mind up that he was bolting for Michigan, so I think he just didn't care how the game went. But, with West Virginia's new coach, Bill Stewart, I'm pretty sure that West Virginia will easy win the Big East title, and even the BCS game. Michigan, however, will go 9-4 once again, with losses to Utah, Penn State, Illinois, and Ohio State (for the fifth year in a row).

This wasn't a nightmare..rich threw this game so he wouldnt have to choose between the national championship and goin to michigan because you know he was already talking to michigan-it all worked out for the best though because stewart uses our speed and knows what we are capable of..hes a true coach

I never gave it a 2nd thought but you might be right. If Rods heart wasnt in the right place then he wouldnt have cared if we beat Pitt or not. Some of the calls were very questionable. He sure scampered off at the worst time now didnt he? I hope he was watching us spank the Sooners and I hope he slithered down into his sofa in shame, the Creep.

Congratulations to Pitt and Wanny on a great win. They came in with a great game plan and worked it brilliantly. That is, play great defense and run a smashmouth, running, grind-it-out offense which gets yards, scores points, eats up a lot of clock, and keeps their defense fresh while keeping the other team's powerful offense off the field. Although Pitt won't go bowling, this will give them a lot of momentum and confidence going into next season.

Why: He had no interest in winning that game. He had already contacted Michigan officials and recruits weeks before the game. Another reason why....he's a scumbag.

Your new coach clearly loves WVU, and I bet he loves it more than Rich! In fact, against Oklahoma, he was having a blast, and they played better than in almost any game I ever saw them play in while Rodriguez was coach!

He sure does and seems like a real honest type of guy. He had them play the best game they've played in 5-10 years! I'm pretty excited about our team with Stewart at the helm.

And, I think things look good for the Big East. I think that is the most underrated conference in the country. The team we are waiting on is Syracuse. They have been lousy for a few years! However, 2008 will be a no lose situation for Syracuse and the Big East IMHO. Either they go 6-6 or better, or they don't, and their coach will be let go. Then Syracuse will spend EXTRA, EXTRA time finding a replacement that will bring Syracuse back!
