Mitsuki Saiga is one of the best female seiyuu at sounding like guys (my favorite of her songs is Ryuusei Zenya).

Well, actually she ties with Urara Takano for me. Takano's voice is just gruff and lovely. <3 Try finding Sakura Takarajima on Youtube, and then looking for the video with "Kodomo no Yume wa" in the description. THAT is Urara Takano's best song.

15yr old Yuuri gets sucked down a toilet and ends up in another world where he is made the Demon King.
