I thought Sufis believe God is everywhere? Anyway the statement is meaningless, God is beyond our comprehension He is beyond the material or even non material understanding. To say God is everywhere or isnt everywhere is to suggest He inhabits places. Allah is far above any definition like this.

Sufis and Shia have same creed regarding who is Allah and what he is. We Know Allah through the Book of Allah and the Sunnah. we don't make up fairy tale stories regarding who is Allah and who he isn't. we affirm what he affirmed for himself. and we shun those things which he didn't say.
