Mate, sorry i have to break this to you.... That ain't Ramen. It's probably something the Chinese restaurant whipped up with leftovers, like Chop Suey, to fool drunkards wandering pass their stall. And buddy, that's not how you eat noodles either. We asians use them chopsticks to select and pick up the food. Not a spoon-shovel to shove things down.
