Find a schedule online. Runner's World has them, or if you just google one I'm sure you'll fine plenty to your liking. You can be running a half in like 10 weeks.
I'm so happy that you're feeling better. My mom was a raw foods vegan when I was a kid - she did 4 hours of yoga EVERY DAY, crazy woman - and she did juice fasts for a week every quarter. She said it helped her "reset her mind." :D She juiced fruits and veggies herself with our juicer. Good times...

try the master cleanse fast - i do it for a few days here and there never made it to 10 days but I do feel much better by like day 3.... always. and when I return to eating I eat super light fruits n veggies - but if you do the whole 10 days you are suppose to only drink OJ the day after the fast. yes fasting is good for you. so long as you stay hydrated and don't overexert yourself while working out.

Hi... new viewer. You should so much better from your last video. Way to go getting back on track. We weight about the same and have the same end of the year goal. I think I'm about 16 pound away from getting out of the obese category... I might be a little taller than you... 5'3. Anyway good job on the video.
