My wife found out about Easyclosets from her sister. I found their web site and requested a design recommendation based on her closet dimensions and what she desired. Tracey Santos sent me a design the next day which I changed slighly and discussed with her on the phone. I ordered it and it shipped the next day. Everything arrived via UPS in two days in good order. Assembly required cutting the steel hanger bar and it's cover to two different lenghts and assembling the shelves. Easy!
We installed a closet system in our Master using Easy Closets.com. What a wonderful experience! After taking measurements, we went to their website, and designed our perfect closet using their interactive design tool. The components arrived in multiple boxes, being well packed with no shipping damage. Installation was straightforward with easy-to-follow instructions. We are most pleased with the end result, getting a professional looking closet at a fraction of the cost of California closets.

I recently bought a closet system from Easy Closets and I was thoroughly impressed with their sales support, the fast delivery (3 days after purchase), and the high quality of their products.
The hardware arrived with everything required, it fit together perfectly, and was very easy to assemble. When i had a question I was able to reach support staff immediately by phone. They brought up my closet plans in their system and gave me effective advice and direction.
I am super happy with my EasyClosets closet system. It was actually a lot of fun to design and then install the closet system. A family member of mine used to work for one of the top national closet companies. She told me that the closet system is about the same quality and that they could not even come close to offering me the same price as closet system that I received from EasyClosets! LOL I made the wise choice.
