The journalists have a case because while that judge says it is not illegal to spin the news when it comes to whistle blowers. What is illegal is fraud and these people uncovered multiple levels of fraud with dealings with federal entities. It shakes the FDA down exposes them for what they are doing allowing corporations to promote unsafe products for profit. We need to know who that judge is he needs to be called out for this decision. NEVER WATCH FOX.

It you can't trust Fox News anymore, then you can't trust any news source. All major media sources are corrupt - some more than others. They are all owned by major corporations that influence what gets on the air or in print. They push stories on us that are often very trivial - whether it's about Tiger Woods or whatever. They do this to divert our attention away from more important issues or more in-depth analysis of major events. The bottom line is don't trust any major news source anymore.
