Great Video: you mention that the long head of biceps is only one of two tendons that goes through a joint and attaches to the joint. What is the other muscle/tendon??
@CandaceNZ Im pretty sure the other muscle he was talking about is the piriformis muscle which passes thru the hip joint to attach to the greater trochanter of the femur.
great video. i just dislocated my shoulder in a motorcycle accident last night and this was VERY informative and helpful learning about shoulder anatomy/problems.
I have a shoulder pain whenever I go to the gym and do one of those lateral barbell raises. If goes away if I rest and/or stop exercising. When I start it comes back after about 2-3 weeks. The pain is not very strong but its naggingly there and its very stealthy too. I can't figure out which specific movement causes it but its in the front side buried inside a pile of tissue. Its a frustrating one to say the least. Thanx for this video though, its excellent.
thankyou very much i needed this <3

the other ligament is the tendon of the popliteus muscle in the posterior portion of the knee capsule.
