@gluonone I sure hope you don't base talent and good music on whether it would make it on American Idol.

That's a piss-poor and flawed rating system if so, and an indication of a lack of ability to recognize a great and meaningful song.

Most contestants on American Idol are far from talented, and long ago sold themselves out to the mainstream Hollywood music industry.

Jon Swift is a far cry from that.

I emailed Jon and asked about the album "15 songs by Jon Swift" and where I could get it...... he sent me a copy. I won't torrent it, these guys make a living from their music and I'd pay double for the album if I ever lost it.

Do you have any idea where I can download his songs? I have been looking everywhere for both CD's and pay downloads but can't seem to find any.

I'm able to download this song after a google search but I would very much like to have all the music he's done.

By the way, if you want to see his music perfectly used, check out the movie "Signatures". It's a skiing movie but quite different to other movies in the genre and the beautiful scenery goes very well with Jon Swift's songs!
