I have the Elf Dupe and they are not that pigmented and not 100% the true colors..You will need a NYX jumbo white pencil in Milk or a white base for this one..I had to pack it on without a white base to make the color pop..Kinda Chalky..Mine was 50% off ($2.50)..

I just purchased the Urban Decay Naked Palette and I wish I would have seen this first. I prefer more matte colors and the UDNP is filled with shimmery colors. This seems like a much better option and more affordable. Maybe I'll sell my UD one and purchase this one instead. Thanks!

@Farangis08 That's the trade-off you make to save money. No, maybe they're not a 10 in quality, but they're like... a 7.5, which is still pretty good and works well enough for everyday makeup. I have high end and low end eye shadows and they all get about the same amount of wear for me. Some people just can't spend $50 on some eye shadow.

Sorry but I disagree.

I habe the UD Naked Palette and I've had many NYX e/s - they don't come near the quality of the UD's. (texture, lasting and application)

Besides that, they seem to use rather harsh things in the nyx e/s, some of them stink from preservative and hurt my eyes when applied :( (Yes I know I DO have sensitive eyes. But my lids normaly take everything - just nyx e/s they can't handle for more than two days in a row.)

This palette might be a COLOR "dupe" but nothing more.

The problem with the NYX (pronounced nicks) is that the palette shadows do NOT stay on... I have several and they really are terrible. I WISH this one was good I'd purchase in a hot minute. The colors are gorgeous..

Hey Wayne, ELF actually made a palette that is meant to be an exact dupe of Naked (i.e. it has the same colors). I'm not sure if it's good quality because I don't have it, but if you could get it and review it, that would be fabulous! I know you probably don't order from ELF, so if not, that's totally fine :)

I have one of the NYX Runway Collection palettes, Champagne & Caviar, and am really impressed with it. The shadows in it hold their own right alongside all my UD, Smashbox, Lorac and The Balm. I'll definitely look into this dupe as the UD Naked palette needs supplemental mattes for the crease IMHO ;)

I think it's really important to mix a matte shade in when blending shadows for a professional look, otherwise it just looks frosty all over.

I have the Urban Decay Naked palette.....and have purchased other NYX Multi-Color palettes and there is no comparison. I was hoping for the best out of NYX shadows since they are much less expensive and a lot of YouTubers rave about them...but no luck for me. :( Even with a good lid primer the pigment was low, they didn't last very long and there was considerable fall-out while applying. Just my opinion.....if they work for you then you're lucky.

I bought the urban decay naked palette and then sold it. I actually find ud shadows harder to work with. they've got a tonne of glitter on them and it falls out and doesn't stay very well on the lids either. I'm glad that I bought it though, nothing like having an opinion based on your own judgements! x

I have the small black version of this and it's perfect! It's not near as bulky and fits perfect in my evening bag or travel makeup kit. Highly recommend! Definitely considering buying this now, knowing I've already hit pan on several shadows in my small Nude on Nude kit. :) I wish they came with brighter/darker lip colors though. The ones in the kit look like ashy trash on me.
