my old macs pro has so many screws, including the "screw" that apple gave me. Yes, apple has screwed me, again. And probably again pretty soon right after i buy their new products. 10 years from now, we will each owns about 10 products from apple. Most of them will be useless because of the newer ones. I will save money to buy their latest innovation 20 years from now. It might cost me 20,000 but at least i know i will have a peace of mind. maybe.
yes, it does heat up, especially near the screen... however, cant really say if same as old one (maybe less... but after some time of work on it, heat is felt)
there is mistake in info -- there is no 2x 9400, but 9400 M and 9600 GT (however not working in SLi)
love all of macs designs, though i have the previous model of macbook pro and dont know how i feel yet towards the black /flat buttons and the black boarder around the screen... of course it all takes getting used to. in love with the updated software. congrats on your new computer, enjoy.

No this is the 2009 model unibody macbook pro 15"
nationalmaverick 3 years ago
they didn`t refresh it! did they? whats the difference? i have the 2008 unibody macbook pro 15"...what did they change?
germandude1982 3 years ago
There is NO 2009 15" unibody MacBook Pro
The only 2009 Unibody MacBook Pro is the 17"
the year attached to a model refers to the year of Its commercialization not to the year you purchase It
ie : The UniBody 15" MacBook Pro and 13 MacBook were presentend in October 2008, not in 2009.
In that case I could get a 2009 Mac Plus :P
Please do correct that title
"New Macbook Pro Unibody 15" Unpacking"
for example
