  • What kinda shoes are those... She must be in a class for special people or something...

I think the Doc and her should fuck.

  • Wow, you're a real idiot. Never heard of platform shoes before?

  • where are his gloves? lol.

  • 1. That looked painful.

    2. Dr - use gloves!

  • doesn't anybody wear gloves anymore?? gosh.. so unclean.

  • Truly my deepest sympathies, that looks so painful. The human condition is one full of woe!

  • she chews like a fucking horse.

  • How did you knee feel before the treatment?

  • omg i love getting my knee drained. well all of that ucky stuff is out i feel a hole lot better. Ive had this crappy crap since i was 4 and im 13.

  • Sorry to hear that. I am bipolar so we all get something. It has total screwed up my life.

My brother just got diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis yesterday. It runs on both sides of my family. My mom had RA at age 33, after I was born. My dad's sister had JRA and had it all her life. I am sure I may get it as well, as it is so much in my genes. I have eczema and wonder if there is a connection with RA since both involve the immune system. Hang in there, the treatments have improved.

  • what sort of human ur i dont belive it ur still make movie

  • great doc!!

  • IT DOES NOT HURT - You must be a real bay to cry out like that. I am 43 and have had RA since the age of 12.

  • wow stfu no one care about you

  • And now, I have it in my left ankle. : ( Just had a shot in my left ankle 2 days ago. It swelled up with fluid just like my knee does, and hurt like hell.

  • well since you have had this stuff since you were 6 why didnt you know what he was doing?

  • I"m lost, lol. I did know what he was doing. What are you referring to. Sorry I haven't logged in here in over a month.

  • when he was putting the antibiotics into your knee you asked him what he was doing

  • why cant they give you a pain shot before they bring out that muther of all needles..at least the dentist gives you novacain before he brings out the drill and drills into your live nerves!!

Nobody says why this draining is being done..is it ongoing...

  • They freeze the skin before they give me the shot. It's stuff that's in a bottle and they spray it on. It numbs the pain of the actual needle going in, but I still feel the pain from the actual draining. It's from rheumatoid arthritis.

  • wow very interesting video!

  • I've never commented before, but I also have RA. When my knees were drained the synovial fluid was thick, yellow and seemed almost crystalized. Has yours ever been like that? PS I'm sorry you've had it so long. I'm 49, diagnosed three years ago and I rattle with so many pills each day I'm seriously wondering if there IS an alternative way to make myself better? With the medication it is simply a "holding pattern". The hard thing is steering a way through the charlatans to find something genuine!

  • i got athritis...i got my knee drained a couple times....dat shit hurts really bad...its a weird type of pain...yall might laugh about it..but really dat shit hurts...no matter how tough you are.

  • lmfao what a lil bitch xD

  • where the fuck are his gloves!!!!!

  • omfg id kick the shit outa that doc!!!!

  • pathetic, i would rather shoot her in the face because of her annoying voice

  • id rather shoot you in the face for being a fucking retard

  • why is it yellow??

  • Hi this is for a good cause, my donation page:

    batterypark. kintera. org /2009/ jeannina

Please support and donate here if you want to help cure this disease for you or someone you know. I also have RA...and I plan to be an advocate for finding an Arthritis Cure!

You alone can make a difference, please donate and don't rely on others to care if you wont do this much.

    Thank you :)

  • ooo that hurts feel bad for you!!!! ;-(

  • My doctor of 15 years doesn't use gloves either. And looking at this video, he's not in direct contact with bodily fluids.

  • Believe it or not, I was fired from my job when I've had a procedure of this kind done to me. I've called my job for "Medical Leave". My Boss fired me when I hurt my left arm. I was a Bus Driver in a Northeastern State Of the United States. The State backs up the Boss for firing me after I've need this similaiar procedure done to me. My U.S. Civil Rights was violated when I was fired after this procedure was done.

  • Looks like pee coming out from your knee, hehe

  • retard ur lucky its not u dick!!!! mighty justas

  • Im not a retard, unlike you... :)

  • im not the one that saidit looks like piss!!!! Now how is the re re grow up might justas!!! Your lucky thats not coming out of your knee!!!! ;-)

  • Does saying "it looks like a piss" make people retarded?.. I dont think so.

    Yeah, im really lucky indeed

  • i never said it looks like a piss i will say that i made a boo boo and said how when i was trying to say who that word has messed me up because my teachers always made that boo boo on the black board!!!!

  • Jeez, are you serious??? No, really, read comments and tell me you are not retarded.!

    forestofcareing says:

"i never said it looks like a piss "

did i mention something that you said that?..

And what the hell is that boo boo, what are you talking about?!

  • just forget it !!!!!!!!!

  • Yeah whatever..

  • omg i have ra to and they wanted to do that to me but i just missedmy appointment im glad i missed it i would probably scream or cry lol but yea it sucks having ra

  • what a weird bitch

  • Why so hateful and vulgar? It is medical standard practice. I don't know what hurt your feelings little girl, he may not wear gloves when he works on someone else that you know nothing about ... or at your age have you mastered all knowledge .. you snotty little putrid pile of shit. Ask any medical practioner what the medical standard is and why so many other people are asking where his gloves are.

  • Sorry to hear about your mom. It depends on how much fluid is in there, regarding the pain. I've had it drained sometimes and it didn't hurt at all. The initial pain comes when you can feel the suction going on. It's horrible. And when I had the tumor in my left knee, that was the most painfull draining of all.

  • Hi Rob.

  • I would not want him to treat me .... he don't know what you had and he dealt with your blood. Did he forget about maybe .... AIDS????

  • Hey ignorant @sshole. This dcotor has been treating me since I was 12 years old. I'm not some kind of drug addict or whore, so I really don't think we have to worry about AIDS. On the other hand, treating you, is a differnet story. I reccommend a shrink for you. That obnoxious attitude of yours is really appalling.

  • at least you got it over with

  • thanks for sharing with us; it would have been nice if your doctor had used surgical gloves

  • Yeah, I know. I don't know why he doesn't do that.

  • cute socks

  • Thanks!! I think I got those at Dollar Tree, lol.

  • I KNOW THAT SUCK'S, I HAD THAT DONE 4 TIMES ALREADY, THE LAST DRAIN WAS 300cc.

  • that doctor is in experienced my knee when drained release's usually no blood at all what a mess and waste on the plaster to lol they use like almost button plasters here in the uk 8)

  • What are button plasters? I'm totally lost here. You don't get blood when your's is drained? Wish I could say the same.

  • button sized sticky bandaids we always call them plasters,in regards to the surgical gloves im thankfull the doctor has to never use gloves as he has to feel precisely where to aim the needle underneath the joint, his hands are no way near the entry point when being injected, I have great confidence in my doctor, like I said there's no ooozing of bloood at all a meer spec, some one find a cure my elbow its playing up and the injection there is 10 x worse than the knee.

  • did someone insert pee in you?

  • Hahahaha, yeah, I know it does look a lot like pee. When I was a teenager, it looked more like the juice left in the pickle jar, lol. And when I was a kid, it was orange.

  • where in the world is his GLOVES!!!??? he seems nice but stupid not to wear protection!!

  • I don't know why he don't wear gloves when he does that. I've been seeing him since I was 12. I don't have any diseases, but now that I think about it, I wonder if the other people he treats do. God, I'm stupid. I just never really thought about that before.

  • that's so scary-- you are brave! thanks for posting. your doc is very cool!

  • That sucks omg i would pass out before even getting to the hospital

  • Watching this I feel bad for you, but I couldn't get over the part how ugly your schoes are...

  • You know what? You're an idiot.

  • Oh yeah, I have had this done. I have general rheumatoid arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis with spinal stenosis for good measure. Nothing is worse then waking up in the morning and you realize your knee has filled up overnight and you can't bent it. Getting it drained does hurt. But once the fluids gone it feels so much better. Thanks for sharing, I know just what you're going through.

  • WOW, you certainly have a lot to deal with there. I'm sorry to hear that. UGGGH, I hate waking up with that stiff feeling!! Or, the calm before the storm feeling. You know it's filling up, cuz you get that feeling like there's jelly in your knee, and by the next morning, it's stiffer than a dead body, and you can't bend it for nothing!

  • my sister has this

  • That doctor is pretty cool... he gets it over with pretty quick, in spite of the pain she suffered. That would just suck.

  • that had to suck

  • Hello from Norway :)

just did the same procedure last week, but in both knees :D i know what pain it is..

Thx for adding the tape here, now i can show my friends what its like...hehe ! :D

  • Holy. Sweet. Jesus.

  • why wasn't he wearing gloves

  • He isn't wearing gloves because he didn't touch the needle.

  • it's still unsanitary.

  • Actually it's not, I know it seems like it though... The needle is sanitary which had not come into contact with his hands at all. It wouldn't hurt for him to wear them, but it isn't necessary.

  • Thank you Samantha for setting that straight.

  • No problem... I have just the rest of this week, and I'll be done with my nursing program. :-)

  • right

  • lol nice socks :)

  • I like how most people who suffer from RA are always jacked up on pills.

  • Well, I'm not one of them. I only take one pill and that's hydroxychloroquin. And it certainly don't make me feel or act weird. It takes the pain away and that's enough for me.

  • yunny;0

  • my mother has RA, im so sorry hun i do have experience with how painful it is!

  • Wow OUCH!! I definitely can't say I know what it's like, but YIKES! I got sympathy pains when I saw that! If I could take your illness away, I would!

  • ):

    that looks painful.

  • shitty to be you

  • Hahaha!! He's done a good job so far. The fluid hasn't come back yet.

  • Yeah, the suction feeling is the worst. It's like a dull ache that radiates through it.

  • HOLY CRAPS! that was one big needle sister! for my hgh shots, i have a little guy. it still hurts though. i have to take them for my height.

  • Well, it's kinda sore for a while after he drains it. For about a day or so. Adn it makes squishing noises when you walk, lol. That's because he injects medication in there afterward and you can hear it moving around. But after 2 days it don't hurt or squish anymore and no, most of the time the fluid doesn't come back. As long as I"m carefull and remember to take my meds, it stays away. But if I fall or bang my knee on something, that will make the fluid come back. Not all the time.

  • im sorry but was that pee coming out of you leg?

  • Yes snowytiger it was pee coming out of my knee. Hey it rhymes! And when I sneeze, fairy dust comes out of my nose and I cry tears of glitter.

  • after i watched this i looked it up, do you have it in your hands too?

  • No, I don't have it in my hands. Just in my knees. I've been pretty lucky so far. A lot of people end up with it spreading to other joints. And I did have it checked out.

  • Oh you poor darling, you did so well, can't believe you've had to have this done since you were six years old, looked sooooo painful!

  • yeh draining the fluid helped at the time and the meds I had to take got rid of anymore I had build up.

alot better now but it still aches every now and then

  • what the hell is that ??? no gloves ? neddles from middleage ! Oh, please....

  • Not really sure about that bazaar. But it sucked I can tell you that. Not something you want to go through, trust me.

  • is this a test or treatment??

  • Treatment. Draining fluid then he puts in the medication.

  • I experienced something similar on my right ankle but the doctor gave me a strong pain killer so it was virtually painless fortunately.

  • where in hell are his GLOVES???!!!

  • nasty doctor...old as hell....and no fuckiing gloves

  • I'm sorry you have to go through this. :(

  • i am 12 and i have jra its super tough i always tell myself im never going to be a normal kid...cause i cant run jump ride a bike or anyhting :[[

  • im 45 and have had R.A. for 13 yrs im still struggling with the pain.

  • i have reumatoid arthrithis in my whole body, but i never saw this kind of medicin im getting Embriiel (anti-TNF) but that just a injectie and im just 14.But this must hurt more than mine

  • I got JRA about a year ago in my right knee.

Im 26 and it had to be one of the most painful things I have ever had happen to me.

Its a big relief when the doc drains a heap of fluid out, though my knee swelled up again within about 30 mins.

It took around 2 months for my knee to get back to a semi normal state. I still have trouble with it on cold days or when my wife pushes down on it with out realizing.

I have had to give up skate/snow boarding and have to take it easy if im out hunting.

  • omg ur so brave i have had jra seen i was 3 years old and im omost 14 now but never had that happen and wudent let it happen lol

  • if u have the pain of RIA u can do everything do let it go away

  • You're most welcome. 2 pints? UGGGH!!

  • Yes, that stuff he sprayed on there is supposed to numb it, but it didn't do much, as you can see, lol.

  • Mine is always so much less painful. My doc does it in a different way, just watch the video on my channel. I've had it for like 14 years (I am 18 now). I'm sorry you had to go through this and I totally understand you because I have the same disease.

  • You are damned lucky it don't hurt that much.

  • fuckin hell i would need 5 shots of crown, and some marijuana before someone sticks me with that big ass needle.

  • Hahahahaa, nice. Yeah, it's a bitch, but I'm used to it by now.

  • Melissa when did you first get diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis

  • When I was 12.

  • What were your symtoms when you were diagnosed?

  • ur fuckin weird

  • Yeah, and your point?

  • What's the medicine the doctor inject after the draining? My wife suffers from knee effusion like you and had this procedure twice and she have knee pain constantly (left knee). I share the pain you people with such condition are suffering. Hope someone have a real cure to share cos she have tried all kinds of treatments but... just eats into our bank accounts.

  • I think it's aristospan. Allthough I'm not sure. I'm sorry to hear about your wife. I know what you mean about it eating your bank accounts.

  • can you tell me what is the condition of your knee now

  • It's pretty good now. I'm not in as much pain and the fluid hasn't come back since I had it drained.

  • SO sorry I watched the video and felt so sorry for you!!!!!!!

  • how often do you get it drained? I had mine drained for the first time two weeks ago and i feel like i could do it again thanks for poasting this

  • Thank you for posting this.

  • O_O that must hurt

  • Poor baby :( Poor poor baby...

  • Damn Wayswin, I hadn't even posted a bulletin about this yet!! Are you stalking my youtube account or what??? LOL Hahah, just kdiding. EEEW a finger and a lip??? EEEEEEEEEEEEEW!! How did someones lip come off????!! YUCK!! That must have hurt like a **tch!

  • BTW..... you handled that very bravely.

  • When I was interning at EMT School, I worked in an Emergency Room. I helped sew on a small childs finger, and a highschool kids lip. Somehow I still CRINGE at needles.
