reminds me of my years as an arcade brat in 80s,dumpster dive for emptys, check change slots for quarters, heck we used to put slugs in machines sometimes they work.beg borrow or steal to cure the arcade addiction.
What a great video. I think it's pretty cool that this is what you have deicded to use with your family as something that you all would get together to share and talk about.
Such a shame that pinball these days are only kept alive by licenses and that no realy original ideas are coming out.
For pinball games, they give you 4 balls which seems like a lot to some, and they don't ask you continue for a cheaper price, and maybe it's just the fact that isn't so much something to win in a pinball game compared to a shooting game, or a game you advance through levels. I think it's really sad that there are only so many being made, and at some arcade places, there is NOT 1 of them. To me, it's like a whole genre of games too. It's like a racing game, sports game, so on.
I think it's very sad that pinball games are going by the wasteside. They are still out there, but not as much as the other types of games. I think the reason why companies are more likely to get the other types of games is because you put 2 quarters in, or some games are $1 now, and you die in the game so easily. Than, they ask if you you want to continue, and they get you keep on putting in quarters.
Hey man, really nice vid. You inspired me to ride my bike down there tomorrow (maybe monday, i think its gonna rain tomorrow). I havent been in far too long
i grew up at pinball pete's in the 80's and i remember collecting cans during MSU football games and returning them to campus corners and rolling upstairs to FBC to buy a used or imported record and using the rest of the earnings to get some taco bell. great memories of that pinball pete's staircase and of watching sloucho (we called him "shaggy" and he hated that) on local access. great guy. good on ya, buddy, and GOD BLESS PINBALL PETE'S!!!

I grew up in E.L. and spent most of the 70's in Petes. I could get 99 free games on Captain Fantastic and sell it for $5 to a frat boy.
