Almost! It's not quite a double yet... nearly the whole last 1.5 rotations is on the ice, but a little more height and I am sure you can rotate it all in the air.
@marieked ....thanks, she had summer camp. They were practicing doubles. The last five minutes they were allowed to practice the double axel and she almost had him ....
