  • This video is fake. No way that was done on the street. Im thinking on dyno, on jackstands or something. No way possiable it was done on the street

  • @JetMech72 Here after I get done workin I put it in the dyno, then show you the difference between videos, that way you can realize ithis video was actually on the street

  • @yfz450lover Haven't been to the strip yet, usually working on the days they have it. My SCT tuner has a deal to read (estimated) hp, which is (estimated) at 965. Have not yet taken to dyno, when I do I will let you guys know

  • This has to be on a dyno of some sort (lol at the giggling in the end) It only takes me 2000 rpms to accelerate my 6.0.

  • His shift indicator cable is probably broke. You gotta get the whole indicator assembly from ford and it pops out of the cluster comes with the cable and everything.

  • WOW, F'n sweet, I have done a ton to my 6.0, New head gaskets/arp studs, EGR delete, new injectors, Banks intercooler, ARE intake, 4" exhaust, blah blah blah and I have no where near your ass in the throttle? How can I get more power?????

  • Oh bull crap. That was such a fake it isnt funny. Look at the gear indicator, says Low 1 the whole time but yet is shifting gears. Also RPM is gaining but speedometer didnt move at all at first? Not like you can rev and dump a clutch in an automatic.

  • Got my injectors from elite diesel, They're nice on phone but always seem too busy for you, took almost month n half for injector core refund to get back to me, even after calling every day for one week

  • I got an sct custom tune, (from Eric of course, at innovative diesel) aurora 5000,( which truck still runs on street just fine) probably due to 205cc injectors , egr delete, banks intercooler, stock replacement hpop. Air dog fuel system which seems to work just fine, stage 1 regulated return fuel system, not sure if it's needed but decided to get it just incase, new head studs,,,must have!! N a 6 inch lift. Downgraded from 37" tire to some 35's

  • @pleco652 and the injectors maybe you need to do your research I work for ford. If it was just the egr than I'm sure Ford wouldn't have sued international for building them such shitty engines. 6.0 had egr, and injector problems with all sorts of other shit and the 6.4 has turbo issues.

  • @67ShelbyMustang500 the vt365 is not a shitty engine the international trucks work and fleet truck do not have the same issues...it was when FORD ahem wanted to make the engine suitable for passenger vehicles and friggin emmissions friendly that they added EGR and made the wiring harnesses wrapped in "foil" that they set themselves up for failure in the end they f@cked themselves

  • @aeat9594 it just isn't the egr valve man. It's also the injectors we keep 8 injectors at all times on hand in our parts room. I live in a town of 5,000 ppl and we keep 8 injectors. Tell me that doesn't tell you somthing. For every 25 6.0 liter powerstrokes we might have 1 7.3 liter come in to get worked on. The engine is shitty and if you ask any ford mechanic they will say the same thing. No sense in arguing with a guy who works for ford in the midwest. 6.0's are a piece of SHIT

  • @67ShelbyMustang500 i didnt say it was just the egr i am currently employed as a master tech at border international in las cruces new mexico right off of the 10 and it usually isnt the injectors we see 10-20 6.0s a week in all kinds of different vehicles and usually the wiring harness is old and broken or the FICM is bad from someone else screwing with it

  • @aeat9594 really we we are putting injectors in all the time out here in nwkansas. But we also have crazy ass weather here. It can get down to -15 at night here in the winter which is hard on injectors while in New Mexico it stays warm year round. We have replaced a few harnesses since i've been there. LMFAO oh i lost track of how many times we have had a pickup come in for the FICM cuz of other shops screwing it up

    All motors in the ford trucks were made by international engine corp. untill 2011, so ford didnt make it.

Ford signed a contract with international that if international produced a diesel engine for ford that international would quit making pickups. Ford made the new 6.7 liter powerstroke which has so far been a great engine. Bet you didn't know that ford used to own cummins also until cummins bought themselves

  • @sleadhead1g the old 7.3L had a redline of 3000-3200RPM, the 6.0L has been known to rev to 4200-4500RPM and not blow up. :)

  • @traxxasmaxx33 the best powerstroke made is the 7.3l no doubt and it can get higher RPMs then 3000-3200 mine gets to 3600-3700 and won't blow no aftermarket parts

  • @truemudder88 you obviously have forged factory rods in that engine, because after 2001 they started adding powdered rods which didnt handle high RPMs to good
