I kind of want to do something............i have a food addiction and I want to get over it and lose weight. I'm really overweight and its absolutely necessary for my health but I can't get over this addiction. How do I get to the point where I want my goal like I can't breathe? I do want it but I can't get myself to feel like I can't breathe and reach my goal. Any advice please!!
@padz2012 Don't get me wrong, but I have given up smoking, known as one of the most addictive substances in the world ! I managed to give up for 6 weeks now, something I never thought was possible. I weighed 293lbs. I've already lost 15pounds when everyone told me that I would gain weight if I stopped smoking. How ? I just started running\walking. Sound stupid huh, just try it out ! Another thing, if you REALLY wanna stop, you will !
@padz2012 You have to take it day by day. You have to commit to it. Don't think of the future. Don't believe the hype. You have to focus on the present moment. Push yourself when you workout. Try to stay committed..
@padz2012 You can do it if you really put your mind to it. You have to think about it everyday, don't forget what you're trying to accomplish. Leave yourself motivating notes around the house if you need to, just to keep reminding you what you're working for. just buy better food to eat and start exercising a lot. When you first notice results, it will become much easier and part of your daily routine!
