The 2 player glitch is 100% possible (on the dreamcast atleast). The only catch is that the second character cannot touch the ground. Watch the video again, see that they are always in the air. Activating the glitch is another thing, for me it was very tedious, especially timing Magnetos hyper grav with Shuma's chaos dimension.

ive been playing this game for 4yrs. honestly in MvC2 in arcade not only fighting with challenger or computer. you can do trick and glitch like flying gambit, venom and bulleta stuck up, cable grenade stuck up, iceman 300 hitcombo, megaman transformed to a dog pet name Rush and many more but this video i dont think this tag team like cyclops and dhalsim is real for me its so impossible.
