  • ı watched in spanish ı ve wondered. imeginary is awsome..

  • This song is very beautiful. I always end up humming it, too!

  • The soundtrack for this movie alone touches you. You can't listen to these songs and not feel the emotion of the movie. Even if you are yet to see it.

  • no vi la película pero ya me dio curiosidad, la música es bonita pero triste

  • did they make this movie in english?

  • @Dnote147 no, it's all in spainish but there are subtitles.

  • hitman absolution ...woooot

  • @rpsnano no se xD googlea

  • I'm learning how to play this on the piano. :]

  • LOVE this song!! <3 Its the only song i can relate to. <3

  • I am taking beg. Piano and we just learn this song today. It's awesome

  • lyrics please

  • THIS MOVIE KICKS ASS

  • Yes, of course, has to do with that!! Because the little girl must go through a labyrinth in the movie, is sometimes the main part of it...

  • Omg What A Wonderfull Movie Its Super Sad :/

  • the movie is a metaphor for oppression and escapism. it is a cautionary tale with an eastern narrative.

  • I listened to this song and fell in love with it right away. I just want to sway and fall asleep and cry all at the same time when I hear it...it's wonderful.

  • you know im wondering.... does this movie have ANYTHING to do with LABYRINTH?

-the movie with davie bowie- O.o

  • @carniusrogue Omg, no way.

  • @ArKowaru yeah i thought so.... but like.. you know they both have the word labyrinth in it and such.....yeah... ^ - ^

  • @carniusrogue Yeah yeah! ^_^ They're both great movies!

  • @carniusrogue Labyrinth is just an ordinary word. It means a maze you must try to find your way out of, that is often underground. The Greek myths have them in a number of stories -- the word itself is Greek. The two movie plots have nothing at all to do with each other.

  • @carniusrogue

They are both dark faerie tales, tales more traditional. Disney and others sanitized the faerie tales we tell for children to enjoy, but historic faeries are cruel creatures that steal children and abuse people out of arbitrary capriciousness for their own sadistic glee. They are creatures of madness, not reason. Faerie tales used to be cautionary tales about not making unwise bargains, dealing honestly, and staying close to the safety of the village, lest the faeries take you.

  • @carniusrogue What Babe ? o.O

  • @carniusrogue It's metaphorically speaking.

  • i think it is the best movie ever. It has it all: war, pain, a little bit of love, imagination, but most of all it it's full of hope, hope for a better life. I just think that it;s worth to see it and never forghet the most important thing the meaning of life andof hope. Never stop believing

  • @monikamihaela24 Love this comment.

  • @carniusrogue nothing....thats why it's pans labyrinth....not davie bowie's labyrinth....lol

  • I love the movie i love the soundtrack Amazing !

  • I feel very depressed and sad when hearing this song. Not everything can make me feel tied up. But this can.

  • Dark and haunting......but yet the movie is beautifully done!!!! Certainly one of my favorites.

  • i havn't seen this Movie in looooong looong time xD i hav to put it on my HAVE TO WATCH list

  • that thing with eyes in his hands, SO CREEPY.

  • The simple yet realistic beaty of this film is amazing.

  • Bardzo Piekna nuta

  • I really liked the movie but I thought it had too many "real" scenes and too few labyrinth/fantasy-scenes..

  • muy bonita la cancion

  • A beautiful song for an amazing and beautiful movie ^.^. I love them both (song and movie).

  • i don't do drugs but hey, thanks for your advise. it's very kind of you making changes for the better in this crazy and confused humanity. i don't know u but believe deep inside some people has soul

  • @DoctorRamen I felt the same way about the ending of the movie :)

  • Comment removed

  • I just watched it today, it was absolutely beautiful. I believe that the ending was indeed happy. I believe that she actually got to go to the Underworld, I mean how else did she get out of her guarded room to get her brother? With the chalk :)

  • @DoctorRamen i believ u im tired of ppl saying it was heaven it wasnt heaven i wood rather go 2 a fairytale world then heaven thats wat was so beautiful about the story that it finally wasnt heaven 2 me

  • this movie stuck to my mind like glue

  • great movie, great song

  • this film was so sad,the most brilliant and moving ending ever..

  • well, get to learn something about the ILLUMINATI then. theres no such thing as generation of a time to them. we could all become offering to their gods. have u seen what alex jones caught on tape? ( the obama deception) however their movies is cool. the problem is the MOTIVATION. perhaps u are too young to understand but anyway, i was looking for the song. thanks

  • DISNEY IS FULL OF SUBLIMINAL MESSAAGES! have you ever seen ( EARLY DISNEY? ) mr diney is dead but he still raping the young minds all over the world with his illuminati mk mind control movies. HE WAS A ILLUMINATI RAT! 33 DEGREE HIGH LEVEL FREEMASON. and if u don't know n thing about it, check the ILLUMINATI DECEPTION. this secret society people still sacrifice humans to their gods n slave children for their pleasure. do ur own research.( j f k illuminati speach )

  • @luttimatos

Well, I wouldn't go that far, but I actually enjoy the subliminal messages Disney USED to have. Now it's straight forward baby s*** that no one of my generation wants to watch. I hope it changes back. >8C

  • @luttimatos dude i believ in conspiracie as much as any1 but ur fuking crazy as shit ya disney was a jew hating son of a bitch but the movis he made had nothing 2 do with the fukking illuminati lay off the drugs and get a fuking job

  • i love the movie and i love this song i couldnt get it out of my head

  • this film was so sad yet still a little happy. i saw it wen it came out and im STILL thinking about it

  • I know htis song but i have never seen this movie

  • i love this song so much

  • this song is just so cool I <3love<3 this song. :)

  • i love this movie

  • This song is so beautiful. When I hear it I feel like crying :'( It reminds me of when she dies.

  • i love this movie.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • illuminati, a secret society do exist.

  • @hollymatterson yepp

  • this was such a charming film. <3

  • @Frysgirl3009 Well the fact its that the movie lets the audience decide really. According to Guillermo Del Toro (producer, writer and director) she does go back to her family in that fantasy world.

However there are plots in the movie that make you questioned whether Ofelia wants to believe in these fantasies, because she likes reading fantasy fairy tales plus she lives in a horrible time. For example: she wears the shoes in the wrong side, the captain never actually sees the Faun and more

  • @HermosoEcuador I loved those contrasts in the film. You had such cruelty and delicate beauty all at once.

  • @poorkinghaggard Well thank you :-D. Well at the end I was so confused because I didn't know if to feel bad or happy. I love films like that because even after you watched them you are still thinking about them. Pure genius.

  • the movie brought me into tears in the ending and i love the song but its soo depressing. This is one of my favorite movies... :)

  • @Frysgirl3009 both of ur options, She died, AND she went to her kingdom, that´s was the only way to return to the kingdom.

  • loved the bit with pan in the room with the table and the monster

  • T.T

  • In the land of the BLIND, the ONE-EYED-MAN is KING!!!!

  • this was an amazing movie, it has such a good story and although the ending was sad i'm glad she finally got to escape from the suffering she had

  • The song is magnificent. A masterpiece that tells us a story with nothing more than song. It talks about a great fairy tale, but also a tragic one. Even without the words that accompanied it in the movie, viewers would have felt this way. And, it worked well at the end as well. "Tell the boy. Tell him what time his father died."

  • nice one :)

  • @jee667URFACE I didn't lose any sleep either, but this is not a "feel-good" movie ffs.

  • the pale man!!!! AHHHHH! lol

I love this song so, so much T_T

  • i love this music i listen to it before i go to sleep :)

  • beyond* and "unhuman days" was thought in Spanish.. sorry if someone doesnt get it! xD xD

  • I listen to this song every night to go to sleep faster

  • This music reminds me of the film, which was sad. I don't know how it can make you fall asleep faster.

  • It makes me sleep faster too! The movie is not sad. If you had understood the movie you'd have seen that it was compulsory for her to die in the "human" world/reality in order she can go back to hers and take the kingdom she once left. Knowing that... It actually makes you sleep better.. Just like thinking that beyong this unhuman days, it doesnt matter if we die, something better is waiting for us... Comprendes querida?

  • rofl.. u still didnt get my point.. and its about the song.. anyways.. good luck.. and dont be mad... its just a comment! nity nite!

  • @RoxieRoxBanana

You what the sad thing is though? The movie's ending can actually be interpreted in two possible ways, and the second interpretation contains nothing of this positive light. :(

  • @RoxieRoxBanana Or it really was a sinister and sad ending. Just a child dying in a cruel and very real world. With nothing but her story books and imagination to distract her from the harsh reality of war, murder and facisim. There are two sides to this tale. That's the greatness in it - you get to make up your own mind. Are you a fantasist or a realist?

  • @HeartShapedDiamond I'm an artist :D hope that helps with your rhetorical question

  • @RoxieRoxBanana Donde lo Bajo en mp3?

  • @rpsnano Recientemente acaba de poner un enlace de descarga en el cuadro de descripción, diviértete! <- Google Translate :( </3

  • @RoxieRoxBanana Well actually the kingdom is an imaginary idea she made up to escape the horrific setting around her. Her returning to her kingdom was a metaphor for her death and being with her mother and father (both of whom died as well). So it's a pretty sad movie haha.

  • @ILikeLipstick haha.. well its a story, i was commenting about the song!!!! <3

  • @ILikeLipstick if it were in her head why would the fairy be a bug at first and then take on the shape of a fairy? wouldn't she have just imagined a fairy-shaped fairy right from the start?

  • @jonpbody To represent that the fairy is actually just a bug. She sees the bug and uses her imagination to pretend the large bug is actually a fairy. It transforms into a fairy in her mind. Didn't you do that as a kid? See a tree as a regular tree, then have it become something magical in your mind?

  • @ILikeLipstick ok what about the root under the bed? it makes the mother better and as soon as it goes in the fire the mother begins hurting. and it isnt an ordinary root because the captain and mother both look at it and don't know what it is because it's a magical root

  • @jonpbody There are many strange holistic medicine methods. They were so wierded out by it because it was a big, ugly root in a dish of milk. At this point the milk was probably rotten and smelled foul. The stress of the captain treating her daughter so roughly and having to yell at her daughter about it was enough to cause her already difficult pregnancy to hit another bump.

  • @ILikeLipstick well i dont agree with you at all but to each his own. what about when she escapes through a chalk door at the end and she is being guarded and there is no other way out besides the chalk door

  • it dose have a sad story to it. the song not movie. i understand it even thow theres no words. i think every1 should memorize it.

  • that's make me cry

  • piękne...

    magiczne...

    hipnotyzujące

  • it's very... humming... amazing.

  • this movie was awesome i cried at the end great song =]

  • The movie and song are just awesome

  • hush.

  • I loved this film. And this is one of the most beautiful song I've ever heard. It has a sad feel to it, kind of melancholy, even tragic. The song just brings out the feelings most us have down deep, but try to conceal, or at least thats the way it is for me. Its a wonderful song. Soothing too.

  • @samoth175 hey is this movie scary?

  • @lawvslight its more creepy than scary. definatly worth a watch. it will blow your mind!!!!

  • Maravilloso............

  • That "Child Eating Pale Man" blew me away. It's crazy the kind of stuff that's in this movie, the effects, the audio, the storyline itself. It's just brilliant! <3 I absolutely love this lullaby, too.

  • @MellowJelly yeah that pale man was crazy as hell. i agree w everthing u said.

  • this is the most depressive song, what I've ever heard.

  • gosh this song is fing amazing...the humming adds chills to the song.

  • one of most depressive music in the world!

  • I love this movie...I love the music too...T-T

  • This is PERFECT! Who sings it? She has such a haunting, mournful, yet happy voice that is instantly calming but leaves you feeling a little empty, kind of like you've lost something you can't replace.

  • thats the best way I have heard it described

  • Can anybody tell me who is the singer? I LOVE THIS! I must know who that singer is! I know who composed it but I need to know the female singer! Thanks

  • javier navarrete i think

  • No he just wrote it.

  • The singer is the actress Maribel Verdú, Mercedes in the movie.

  • it really is a lullaby..

my parrots fall asleep when they listen to it..

eve now they sleep so nice :X

  • Excelente. No me canso de escucharlo. Triste, recuerdos, melancolía, emocionante, esperanza...

  • I love this song beyond all reason.

  • who cann i downlod the song?

  • Very good work. I downloaded for my computer. This music is incrediblely beutiful.

  • I thought this song was called Mercedes' Lullaby...

  • Mercedes Lullaby is a different Version of this song,it´s slightly different and a bit slower, also the instrumental parts are not the same...

  • also Mercedes Lullaby is around 1:38minutes long and Long, long time ago is about 2:15minutes...
