We have shown this to plenty of people from other countries, as a matter of fact. Two things about their reactions: almost all of them say it is too mild (Bush is not especially popular abroad), and almost all of them wished they could do something similar about the leaders of their own countries (it would appear that the USA does not hold exclusive rights on wanting to make fun of the people who claim to be running things).
