I take 8 minutes lathering up and 25 scrubbing because I work outdoors but even if it's indoors it's about the same. I hate myself for it. I do it a couple days a week. I know the contaminants at my workplace make me feel itchy but I have the feeling it's dirt instead of 'allergic reaction'. Here's an awesome energy saving tip: If you don't work or sweat >don't shower max 2-3 days<, than you'll have an awesome excuse for taking a long and even short shower for the days you didn't $hower!
