im a 18 year old malay who loves korean food. can u suggest another ingreadient that i can substitute for the red hot pepper paste( which u used in most of ur recipies) because it contains alchohol and i cant eat anyfood with alchohol. i tried making other dishes that doesnt use the paste but some recipies made me really want to do it.

Hello! Maanngchi, I eat Korean for 1st time in Vietnam with My Korea soldiers friend, and I was in love for your country cooking.

the ingriden I use in bulgogi sause, and terme is I on. I use mirin, soy sauce, Gochujang,Korean red peppr flkes,sugar,dogejang,Korean pears,sesame seed, sesame oil,Garlic, green onios, soju,ginger,measure as my taste.
