@ivanaishere Pretty sure that wouldn't work - from a chemical standpoint butter and applesauce are two completely different things… Butter is a fat so you would need to swap it out for a fat that is solid at room temp; from a health standpoint butter is your best 'solid at room temp fat' option
Are you trying to make these vegetarian or vegan? What about the eggs?
