Hendrix opent many doors for other guitarplayers. Without Jimi we had no Deep purple or VanHalen.(as we know today) He was so important for the electric guitar and even other musicians and styles. People today dont realize that. I love Vai, Yngwie, Bettencourt, Reid,Govan etc, but Jimi... My true hero..
The first Hendrix live album I ever owned. 'Red House' and 'Little Wing' are the best versions of both songs.
