I remember those title cards since I was a baby when it was shown on the "Bugs Bunny/Road Runner Show" right up until I was 5. They used the edited version of the 1964-69 "Looney Tunes" theme for 5 seconds. These bring them back.
Definitely these all would've been pre-1968, given the music used for the openings of cartoons from "The Bugs Bunny/Road Runner Hour" onwards. Some of these cards, I've never even seen in all my years of seeing them on such a show. A few (namely Tweetys) were replaced by other layouts in the Dom Bold font used at this point only for RR shorts.

The melody for these openings are just a badly edited version from the old WB and Seven Arts opening. God, is it annoying.
