In the Subspace Emissary, you can also get Jigglypuff in the Swamp level after beating the intial story.

The characters they took out were:

1. Pichu

2. Dr. Mario

3. Mewtwo (replaced by Lucario)

4. Young Link (replaced by Toon Link)

5. Roy (replaced by Ike)

the only downfall in this game is the fact that it involves no actual exercise, unlike other games that require the MOVEMENT OF YOUR ENTIRE HAND, not just the damn fingers. otherwise its a great game =p

When you play through it similar to a Mario game a new level opens up as soon as you finish the old one. It's pretty straightforward when you play through! :)
