... he looked in every car.. then broke into one with no car alarm... and stole a nurse's bag with medical equipment in it.
these guys patrol the neighborhood regularly and rip off cars.
the way the guy inspected all the cars with a flashlight before choosing one makes me think they're not exactly amatueurs..
