Mine Nokia 5800 has been 3 times on repair during 1 year period !
Last time it was because of display problems, i thought they have fixed it but I discovered later that in lower temperatures (<10 C) my phone acts the same as yours - display stays that way until I put my cell phone on warmer place.
i want to buy a new fone also..........my 5800 also like that i buy dat since december 2010. and i dscover the defects last month.

si eu am avut aceiasi problema.... nu am mai suportat defectiunea si l-am trimis la reparat... mi-au schimbat displayu... dar acum merge OK! :D
